تعتبر مشكلة انقطاع كويل الأيرباج اوعطل فى موديول طارة الدركسيون من المشاكل الشائعة فى السيارات الحديثة والتى تتسبب فى الكثير من المشاكل المزعجة لسائق السيارة مثل

• إضاءة لمبة الأيرباج وعدم عمل منظومة الأيرباج أثناء وقوع الحادث
• عطل الكلاكس 
• توقف مفاتيح المالتى فانكشن الموجودة فى الطارة عن العمل(كليا او جزئيا)
• فى بعض الأحيان الأشارات والمسحات

عمل ريسيت لكنترول الأيرباج (مسح الحادثة)  

AIRBAG MODULE RESET (CRASH DATA REMOVING)

يعتبر كنترول الأيرباج من الكنترولات التى له طبيعة خاصة من حيث طريقة تسجيل الأخطاء عند وقوع التصادم وفتح الأيرباج سواء الأمامية أو الجانبية لأن ال ( CRASH DATA)  التى تسجل على الكنترول لايستطيع لا يمكن مسحها عن طريق جهاز تشخيص الأعطال سواء ألأصلى الموجود بالتوكيل أو الأجهزة الصينية وللأسف لايعمل الكنترول مرة أخرى عند شراء أيرباج جديد وأحزمة( فى حالة تلف كبسولةالأحزمة).

- فى مجموعة ال ( VAG)  التى تشمل فولكس وسكودا وسيات وأودى يمكن مسح ال carsh data عن طريق جهاز التشخيص وأطفاء لمبة الأيرباج ولكن عند الكشف على السيارة بالجهاز يظهر عداد مرات مسح ال Crash data  بمعنى انه يمكن التعرف عن طريق الجهاز اذا ما كانت هذه السيارة قد وقع بها حادث ام لا ونحن فى كايرو كار نقوم بمسح الحادث تماما ولا يظهر فى الجهاز اى أخطاء فى منظومة الأيرباج

- فى بعض السيارات الأخرى مثل ( كيا وهيونداى) عند وقوع حادث وفتح الأيرباج يحدث لكنترول الأيرباج ( lock ) ولايمكن حتى الدخول عليه بجهاز التشخيص ( فى بعض الموديلات)

ولذلك يستلزم عمل سوفت وير لكنترول الأيرباج من جديد حتى يعمل بصورة طبيعية وغلق لمبة الأيرباج فى التابلوه

توضيح عمل كنترول المحرك و الحساسات والأكتويتورز ECU Sensors and Actuators

رسم توضيحى لكنترول المحرك و الحساسات والأكتويتورز  

تتكون منظومة التحكم فى السيارات الحديثة من العديد من العناصر منها  (الحساسات التى تحس بالمتغيرات الفيزيائية) وتحويلها 

إلى إشارة ( فرق جهد بقيمة صغيرة) وأرسالها الى وحدة الكنترول ليتم معالجة كل من تلك الأشارات فى وحدة الكنترول ومن أمثلة 

الحساسات:

 حساس وضع البوابة ال تى بى أس- حساس ضغط المانفولد الماب

حساس كميه الهواء المسحوب بداخل المانفولد أيرماس

حساس درجة الهواء بداخل عمة الهواء

حساس درجة حرارة المحرك

حساس سرعة ووضع عمود الكرنك

حساس سرعة ووضع الكامة

حساس سرعة السيارة ( من العجل او خرج الفتيس)

حساس نسبة تشبع العادم بألاكسجين (الشكمان)

حساس وضع دواسة التسارع

بعد أرسال بيانات الحساسات الى وحدة الكنترول يتم معالجتها وتحويل الأشارة من انالوج لديجيتال لكى يفهمها المعالج الرئيسى وأرسالها إلى خطوط أتصال الكان باص حسب اهميتها لتوزيعها على بعض الكنترولات الأخرى مثل كنترول الفتيس  و ABٍS

وايضا يتم التحكم فى تشغيل الأكتويتورز للتحكم فى زمن رشة البنزين وزمن تقطيعة الاشارة للبوبينة  عن طريق الدرايفرز بداخل الكنترول ونسبة الهواء الى البنزين عن طريق التحكم فى زمن الرشة وسرعة المحرك على الايدل سبيد(السلانسيه) وغيرها من الوظائف الاخرى ومن أمثلة 

الأكتويتورز

-رشاشات البنزين

- الوبينة

- الأستبر موتور( يسمى فى السوق حساس الايدل)

- بلف الكانستر (بلف التحكم فى بخار البنزين)

- تشغيل طليمبة البنزين 

-تشغيل مرواح التبريد سرعة واطية وعالية

-تشيغل بلف ال EGR (إعادة تدوير غازات العادم)

-مؤشرات الحرارة البنزين والسرعة

Mazda 6 Keyless Remote Programming

1. Close all doors, open drivers door, key out of ignition.
2. Lock and Unlock the drivers door using the power lock switch on door panel.
3. Insert key into the ignition. 
4. Turn key to the ON and OFF position 3 times in 10 seconds. Leave key in ignition.
5. Close and open drivers door 3 times ending with door in the open position.
6. Door locks should respond by locking and unlocking.
7. Press UNLOCK button on remote 2 times. Doors should then lock and unlock.
8. If programming a second remote press UNLOCK button on it 2 times and doorlocks should lock and unlock.
9. Remove key from ignition and locks should lock and unlock again.
10. Test Remotes

1. Remove key from ignition

2. Close all doors.

3. Open drivers door.

4. Perform following steps within 24 seconds.

A. Turn ignition switch ON and back to LOCK position three times

B. Close and open drivers door three times

C. Door locks should lock and unlock automatically, if they do not wait 40 seconds and repeat procedure starting at step 1.

5. Press UNLOCK button of each keyless remote to be progammed twice,door locks should lock and unlock after each remote is programmed.If door locks do not lock and unlock proceed as follows.A. Close and open drivers door once, door should lock and unlock twice.If door locks do not lock and unlock, start procedure over with step 3.

6. Exit vehicle and test remote(s)

Mitsubishi Keyless Remote Programming

1. Locate the Data Port under drivers side dashboard usually located to the right of steering column.
2. Insert keys in ignition and leave in the OFF position.
3. Make sure there are metal contact pins in terminals 1 and 4 and connect the Data Port terminals 1 and 4 with asuitable jumper wire, leave the jumper wire connected throughout the programming procedure. Make sure you
know which terminals are 1 and 4.

4. Within 10 seconds after connecting the jumper wire, press the Hazard Switch 6 times. Note: The doors will
automatically lock and unlock once at this time indicating that the system is in the programming mode.

5. Press the LOCK button on the remote to be registered three times within 10 seconds. Upon successful
programming, the door will lock and unlock once.

6. Repeat step 5 with up to 4 remotes (including any existing remotes) within one minute. After completing each
programming, the doors will lock and unlock once.

7. Disconnect the programming wire and remove the keys from the ignition.know which terminals are 1 and 4.

Note:                                        Entering programming mode erases all remotes that were programmed.You must reprogram all remotes you want to work once you have enteredthe programming mode.You must perform each of the first twelve steps within 5 seconds of each other to enter programming mode. Programming each remote (step 13)must be done within 10 seconds.

1. Make sure the doors are unlocked.

2. Turn the ignition to the ON position (II)

3. Press the LOCK or UNLOCK button on the remote.

4. Turn the ignition to the ACCESSORY (I) or LOCK (0)

5. Turn the ignition to ON (II).

6. Press the LOCK or UNLOCK button on same remote.

7. Turn the ignition to ACCESSORY (I) or LOCK (0).

8. Turn the ignition to ON (II).

9. Press the LOCK or UNLOCK button on the same remote.

10. Turn the ignition to ACCESSORY (I) or LOCK (o).

11. Turn the ignition to ON (O).

12. Press the LOCK or UNLOCK button on the same remote. Make sure the door locks cycle to indicate that the system has entered programmingmode.

13. Press the LOCK button on each remote that you want programmed. Makesure the doors locks cycle each time to indicate that remote has beenaccepted. The system will accept up to three remotes.

14. Turn the ignition to LOCK (0) to exit the programming remote.

15. Test remotes
